Story Boy's De-abstraction

In abstract Storyboy decided he should write
so there he stayed
Sitting on a rock
Staring at a tree
Blurring his eyes on a wall
Willing it to unclog
All the nothingness
All night

He had it
And scribbled abstract lines from
Pencils in both hands
Letters fell through the netting
unordered
Dismissed
Just a bit of colour on a page.

He (Storyboy) who could imagine and tranfigure bilge dredged
Fables to the surface of his notepad
Stunning vistas and epics far beyond the first lines he had ever made
Further out than
Those wretched and subconsciously plagiarised stories endlessly repeating themselves
Rejected

Nothingness demanded he put his hands through his ears and grasp a new tale by the throat
